Does Joe Cassidy Art offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on the majority of our paintings and prints, including both framed and unframed original paintings, as well as unframed prints and print collection sets.
Are there any exceptions to free shipping?
Free shipping applies to most international mainland locations. However, for remote regions, islands, or difficult-to-access areas, we may contact you to discuss additional shipping charges. Please note that framed prints are excluded from free shipping for international orders. Framed prints shipped within the UK, however, will remain free of charge.
What should I do if I want to cancel or amend my order?
You can cancel or amend your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this time, we may charge for any costs incurred due to changes or cancellations. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Are international customers responsible for additional fees?
Yes, international customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before purchasing.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the artwork is in its original condition and suitable for resale. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and should ensure that the artwork is safely packaged for return. If the item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days with photographs of the damage or error. Joe Cassidy Art will cover the return postage costs and work to repair or replace your order as quickly as possible.
How do I know if my order is accepted?
Your order is confirmed and binding as soon as it is accepted by Joe Cassidy Art, provided that all payment is received in full. Please review all details carefully before placing your order to ensure everything is correct.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits for artwork are non-refundable, but we offer a full refund within 48 hours of placing an order (excluding any deposits). Please check all details before making a purchase.
